Vicki, Melissa and all of the gang,

Hope you all had a great holiday! I had my best ever! I got LOTS of treats and my aunt Theresa made me my own stocking with my name on it with even more goodies inside of it. I also got a soccer ball with a tug rope around it and it is soooo much fun but mom says it's not an "indoor" toy. What's the point of having a toy in Minnesota if its not an indoor toy? Dad then made a big fire for us, and we all piled up in front of the cozy
fireplace and had some chewies.

I am now getting ready for a big show this weekend - I am so excited that I get to be in the show that I get ready and wait every morning by the garage door so that we won't be late. Mom keeps laughing and telling me that I am mistaken about the correct day and that she promises not to confuse me with anyone and accidently leave me home on the day of the show. I don't think one can be too casual about this - last time I was at the show alot of people were there to see me and it would be wrong to disappoint them. Wish me luck!

Vicki and Melissa,
I tried a new sport today - Flyball!! Dawn said that now that I will retrieve I could go with her and try it. I picked it up right away!! You know, I think that I am a genius like Ricki and I want the other dogs to start calling me Michael Jordan. Well not really because I know they'll just laugh at me. Anyway, Dawn said that within a month or two I should have all of the pieces put together. I can't wait because I can hardly stand watching the other dogs do it without me!!!

P.S. Dawn wants to know if you could add a short blurb thanking everyone for their kind words and support. This is Ricki's 2nd time qualifying for this event and it is very special because the 1st time that they went it had only been 4 years since they were in Nov A together and were still very green. Now they are really prepared for such an event and are really looking forward to it. Thanks.

Vicki and Melissa,
Guess what I did today - I did a full retrieve and once I even did a blind retrieve because I suddenly came up with a thought and forgot where it landed in the grass. I am learning my utility hand signals and Dawn says my drop is to die for. She says that she might show me at Duluth for kicks because I am so much fun. That's all I can think about in one sitting so I better go.
